If you had used a Large Preacher Tool beforehand, you pop out the bad bushing, install a Blind Bushing (one without a pivot hole) position the Preacher and create a Divot on the Blind Bushing. Use this Divot to locate the original factory hole, drill and broach to Minute Arbor size or Winding Arbor Bushing size and your done.
