Where studs are supplied, these are to replace the original studs, not to convert bolt applications. 3/8" UNF studs to suit (old) Minis etc: 10mm, 19mm or 25mm wide spacers. 12 x 1.5mm studs for Vauxhall/Opel: 10mm, 19mm, 25mm wide spacers.
