Commonly available half-moon cashew shaped Eka Mukhi Rudraksha beads are not actually the Eka Mukhi Rudraksh of Nepal but of Sri Lanka and South India. They belong to the same family but not the same kind of rudraksha and are called Bhadraksha. Bhadrakshas are cousins of Rudraksha in a sense, but not as powerful. Eka Mukhi from Nepal is very rare. Eka mukhi Rudraksha's gorgeous 54+1 or 108+1 pearl Malas are very rare and powerful especially for community leaders and spiritual masters. The Rudraksha of a mukhi is virtually Shiva; this removes the sin of killing Brahmins (Brahma-hatya). It must therefore be worn for the destruction of all sins. It would go to heaven.
