It could do with being reset to factory settings which a local Apple provider would do for you for a small fee, I haven't had it done because I just don't want it. hence the low price. Hardly used, belonged to my mother-in- law who has now passed away a couple of years ago, she had it for about 2 years but actually didn’t use it very much because she had difficulty reading as her eyes were quite poor.
