This Beachbody DVD bundle includes 26x DVDs featuring various exercise and fitness programs. PLEASE NOTE Focus T25 doesn't include Core Speed which was not available as part of the base set. Resistance Band and Tape Measure are new and unused. Please see the photos for titles included. A few of the discs have marks but nothing serious. Some of the packaging has wear and tear. There's loads of booklets, charts, posters and paperwork included in the sets.
