This is an antique American solid sterling silver butter spreader. It was made by Gorham and is in the Old French pattern. It is marked at the top of the handle with the Gorham trademark, Pat. 1904 and Sterling. In very good antique condition with no dents or scratches and only very minor surface marks. Measures approx 5.7" long. Weighs 28.8 grams.
