DJI 'sCounterweight Set for Ronin-M/Ronin-MX Gimbals includes two 0.4 lb and two 0.6 lb counterweights plus the mounting plates required for attaching the weights to the gimbal. To remove them, you would just need to loosen them a bit and then simply slide them off.
