On Semi MJ15003G NPN Power Transistor Recommended fpr JLH Class A Amp
I bought this as an upgrade to a standard 2n3055 transistor for use in a project (JLH Amplifier). which was never completed. This is boxed, never soldered. There are a lot of fakes of these around.
