This is a c1870s vintage cobalt blue freeblown eye bath.It has a pretty slim and shaped stem and a partly polished out pontil base and it is in an excellent condition measuring 6.5cm tall x 4.8cm in diameter(base)x 4.6cm long x 3.6cm wide(bowl).
