Shows sign of use but is in good working condition - I refurbished the entire derailleur. Both the upper and lower springs were removed and cleaned in the ultrasonic along with all of the other hardware. The springs were greased using Phil Wood grease. The pulley wheels were cleaned and then lubed with Phil tenacious oil. Looks and feels new
