Vintage Harris Air-Acetylene Gas Torch Soldering Brazing Heating
This is a used air/acetylene torch, I believe, manufactured by Harris. There are three tips (Nos. 0, 1, and 2). I have not been able to locate any information that describes the capabilities of the device and have not tested it.
