We’re removing our prefab concrete single garage and would love for it to go to someone who can reuse it. It’s a standard-size single garage with: • one metal up-and-over doors - lockable with key. • Solid concrete panel walls • Corrugated roof (potentially asbestos – see below) • Timber-framed door with key The structure is in decent condition for its age – dry inside, with weathering and moss on the roof as shown. Electrical not included but will be removed. Important note: The corrugated roof may contain asbestos, which is common in garages of this type and age. You’ll need to assess this yourself.
