This is a sturdy model of a Schoo/Guest House in need of repair. It is a fairly solid building with a nice heavy base but it has been neglected for too long. I used to have it on my layout as a derelict item. There are many windows just waiting to be put back in place and a damaged chimney which should be easy to repair. Dereliction or Repair …. You make the choice …. either way it should enhance your layout.
