Item is used with age related marks and scratches, it is in good condition. Everything works and moves as it should. It’s from my dad’s array of hobbies so I don’t have much knowledge of its use. I have added some photos of the heights at each stage of tripod, the measurements are from the floor with the legs fully splayed.
