the slider does not move and the display shows slide but you can't slide since discovered the pin that activate the slider opening or closing is broken hence its not moving every other thing that I am allowed to touch seems to work but can't test these as it won't start with that error message was working fine until it dropped during house move...physically is ok but something is not quite well.
