I had this boiler from new installed for 12 months. I then had an air source heat pump installed and this boiler wasn't compatible, so had to replace it. I really miss this boiler as I found it extremely efficient, heating my property very quickly. I'm sure you will be very happy with it. Shortly after I had it installed Ideal contacted me to say that a safety modification to the thermostat had to be carried out. One of their engineers came out and fitted it. I have the paper work to verify this.
