Console only. New thermal paste and internally cleaned. HDMI is a bit loose but still works fine and doesn't interfere with usage. Other than that working well and runs quietly because of new thermal paste. 4k UHD disc drive working great and I have watched a few movies on it. No controller or games included. HDMI, Power and controller charging cables included.
