Gravity FitnessParallettes 3.0 Medium Metal Dip Bars (H30cm)
The bars have a 35mm thickness with Length = 45cm, Height = 30cm and Width = 30cm. Had unboxed and assembled them, but never got round to using them in the end due to a recurring injury (I'm getting old!).
