there is a crack at the top of the seat-tube as seen. also there are many scratches/scuffs and residue from old paint and stickers. . suitable for spares or repairs fork is included see last two photos. there is a small groove on the steerer where the stem clamped to it. this made it difficult to remove the bearing cover. you can get a bearing cover on, but it takes some effort.
