This is a proper racing bike which happens to fold for transport (plane, train, boat etc). It’s light (circa 10.5 kg) and capable, rather than being a commuter bike like Brompton etc. New brake and gear cables (inners and outers) recently fitted with new handlebar tape on Nitto lightweight Japanese handlebars.
