If a provider sets an article in the "Auction" offer format on the eBay website, he submits a binding offer to conclude a contract via this article. The provider determines a starting price and a deadline (duration of the offer), within which the offer can be accepted by bid. The bidder accepts the offer by submitting a bid via the offer function. The bid expires when another bidder gives a higher bid during the offer. If the auction has expired or if the offer is terminated prematurely by the provider, a contract for the acquisition of the article is concluded between the provider and the highest bidding, unless the provider was entitled to withdraw the offer and to delete the present commands. After a legitimate return withdrawal comes between the member, who is again the highest bidder.
