Barbara is one of the revivalists of Maricopa pottery in the 20th century. This pot has an attractive olla shape with bold spiral water designs. The olla water jar is 8 1/2" tall and 7" wide. Barbara Johnson learned to make pottery from her mother, Mabel Sunn.The Maricopa - Peeposh Tribe is located on the Salt River and Gila River region just outside Phoenix, Arizona.
