The keys all stroke and the draw band for the carriage is intact but the carriage will not stay in place, it just slides about without staying in position to be able to type. The top cover over the ribbons has one of its latches broken off so the cover just sits on there.The serial number is NC735803 which should make it a 1946 built unit and I think a Model 5?.
