This Scentsy wax warmer is in used, working condition with no chips or cracks. There is some light surface wear to the matte white finish, and some of the frosted topcoat has worn off of the glass top dish. Both can be seen in the photos. It measures 5" tall and 4½" wide. Please refer to the photos. I do use recycled packaging materials with some of my orders and do package drop-offs 3-4 times per week.
