Used but in good condition. 2 small issues, one of the USBc ports is temperamental other one works great and there is a battery service message. This doesn’t affect the usage of the laptop in anyway. Screen is fully working with no issues and connects to external monitors fine. Laptop is reset to factory settings and is in its original box. Comes with 2 charges and booklet that came with it.
