Arcam AVR850 AV receiver. Receiver overheated on Christmas Eve 2024, was taken to PJ hi-Fi in Guildford (licensed distributors of Arcam) and sent to Arcam to be serviced. Received full service for around £800 and sent back in perfect working order. Not used since Sent back to PJ Hi-Fi November 2025 to check still in working order- they ran it for 5 hours continuously and it worked perfectly.
