Study photos for condition. Interesting old Leitz Tripod, cant work out how the chain works in combination with the mini tripod. Rare early one. Some light corrosion and wear. But all functional as far as can tell. Not sure if complete. Very beautifully made and quality and feels very nice. Not sure if rubber of tripod legs is worn or functional. I think this might be pre the Leica system that Leitz Wetzlar makes.
