The TP-Link WiFi Utility on the CD can also be downloaded, as can the drivers - for which there are also later versions available but in any case, the adapter is a plug & play device, that is recognised by Windows and WiFi access can be accessed directly through the OS' Network & Internet interface in the device Task Bar.
