This is in working order put my own power supply into it and it works fine. The battery comes with it but I do think you’ll have to get a new one. There is two blank tapes what have been used but you can record back over them. This is only for the camcorder battery and two blank tapes there is no power cable with this Please see pictures for condition . §A
