In an original purpose made wooden box, a collection of 75 magic lantern slides. The overwhelming majority are late Victorian, a couple show WWI bomb damage in Europe. Nearly half feature images from the U.K., including the Lake District and Cumbria, there are some maps (U.K. again), and some hand coloured cartoon slides. There are some images of Europe, Lapland, one of Russia, the remainder are unidentified and miscellaneous images, as far as I can tell, none are cracked and most are in good to very good condition.
