A pretty little nail buffer with a decorative silver handle and top. Probably made on the continent as it is simply marked 800 (so is a lower grade silver than Sterling [925]). This appears to have been pressed out of a sheet of silver and so the handle will be hollow (this has resulted in any knocks having left a couple of dents).
