This is an attractive vintage studio pottery stoneware vase. It was made by Pilling Pottery in Lancashire and has their impressed mark on the base. The vase is conical in shape, with a flared neck. It is slip decorated in shades of blue, turquoise and green with white and has an abstract wax resist pattern. In very good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approx 4" high and 2.9" in diameter at the base.
