Old oak mirror, possibly 1940s, found in a shed clearance. the mirror has some slight silvering which doesn't detract from its use but dies reflect its age and charm. I cleaned the mirror frame and mirror, painted it, applied a complementing tropical wallpaper, painted the oval trim with a rich gold enamel and used Frenchic wax to protect the paint and paper. the mirror is currently hung vertically but coukd also be hung horizontal to suit requirements.
