used hence the price. leans back and pops up fine. the pump works but not sure if its working as well as it was new so please bear this in mind but its fine as it is as a seat. few marks here and there and theres a mark on the armrest. collection only otherwise this is the cheapest one of these available. great for a home salon or to give it a once over and sell on.
