Wurth M8 x 1mm tap so you may recover the plug thread without needing a new insert. I have owned this from new and used it twice only - hence only 3 inserts left - these kits are expensive new at £200 plus - so nice bargain especially considering the extra tap - these are the best kits available - German quality engineering - comprising.
