Unit only , no headphones. Has age/ use related wear and marks plus scratches. AM / FM works . Plays tapes in both directions and switches directions . Sounds ok on tapes I've tried , only had batteries that were a bit flat though . Probably could use a new belt but works ok at the moment . No corrosion in battery compartment. No batteries included.
