Hydraulic car dolly / skate / vehicle positioning dolly. Great idea when used properly, just place rollers either side of the wheel and pump up the jack (with foot lever) and the roller compress together and lift the wheel clear of the ground, then it can be pushed in any direction rolling on its 4 caster wheels.
