By purchasing this machine, you acknowledge all faults and issues and that it is NOT working as it should. NO RETURNS. Water leaking under tray (could be a rubber seal or blockage issue?) Plastic spout cover has broken clips so won't stay on properly, doesn't affect water coming out as shown in video. The Espresso flip down tray has a broken clip so stays permanently down. Other flaws like wear and tear marks and scratches/scuffs to machine consistent with use. Great machine to part out or someone who knows how to fix issues.
