Starter relays also known as solenoids are available for all makes and models of motorcycle, scooter, marine engines, jet ski's or ATV's. You can short the high tension connectors ( Two nuts where the thick HT cables connect ) of the starter relay and if the engine turns over, you'll know that the relay is at fault.
