Vintage Allan Troy Chess Set-19th century Nuremberg Very Good Set 2/3 BC#5
This set is almost certainly a German set from about 1850. The pieces are made of bovine bone, not ivory; none of the pieces exhibit the characteristic yellowing found in ivory, nor do they have Schreger marks.
