WW2 USAAF Official Photograph U.S. Army Air Forces Flight Plan Plotter Training
I am fairly certain I recognize this device from other photos I have as a flight plan plotter. Especially the paper. I do have several larger photographs from the AAF training base for bomber crews at Hondo, Texas.
