The silver Teddy is fully hallmarked, he is marked Chester with the date letter k, 1960. The makers mark is WHC - W H Collins & Co. I believe the ring is made from an early plastic. It is in good condition, there are a few small dings, mainly to his tummy and a slight one on his back (cuddled too tightly).
