This is a complete set (including all pieces, minifigures, box and instructions manual). The set has only been built a few times and displayed once. The condition of the pieces, and minifigures are like brand new and the instructions manual is in a brilliant state. The box itself is also in great condition with the exception of two minor blemishes ( see last pictures).
