DAMAGED - Bowflex or Nautilus 552 Series 1 Dumbbell Weight Plate #1 (1.5 lb)
This is the #1 weight/plate and has a weight of about 1.5 lbs. This plate will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab.
