Used with some wear. Some of the material on the inside is wearing off and on some of the corners. Also the top flap that zips up the material on it feels crunchy. It's hard to explain. But i don't think it really effects thee bag too much. Please look at the photos to see the flaws. Zippers work great. And it does come with a soft pad for your pet to sit on. This is about 16 inches long and 12 inches tall.
