Garage sale find! The owner said he wore them once for one hour at a cruise Halloween party, but they look super clean like they are right off the store shelf. They are a neoprene style material with the cool halloween design on the outside. There are laces, but you probably don't need them as the uppers are stretchy. The insoles are padded and the rubber bottoms show no signs of wear. Halloween with a tux for a formal look and these for the attitude! See pics for best description.
