Speculum plate is 3/4 copper and 1/4 tin. Cobral ware was produced by Faulkner Bronze co. Of Birmingham between 1901 and 1903 and was much influenced by the arts and crafts movement. This tea caddy measures approx 4" tall and weighs 334g Excellent condition, no damage or denting. The hinge works perfectly, there is a bit of the hinge sticking out, see photos.
