This is an American manufactured receiver hitch. Now you can use any standard drop hitch such Reese or Curt. Using a drop hitch reduces the towing capacity of any hitch. The back up / reverse light is available for sale as a separate item on eBay. The Land Rover Defender changed their bolt pattern in later years. Ensure that you have the correct bolt pattern by measuring vertically (should be 1 3/4") and horizontally (should be 3 3/8"). All measurements are done “on-center.” If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, please be aware that your country will charge you import duties, as well as VAT (value added tax), for European Union members.
