Live Line Tester used by Coss on railway to test DC current on live rail. Brand New, with proving unit in its own case, and Electricians insulated gloves size 10. Also brand new, still sealed. Buyer will need to have them calibrated and certified for use on the railways. This is a spare set I've had in my cupboard but no longer required. No bag. Any questions please ask.
