Vintage 1950’s maybe 60’s Marx tin litho dollhouse. This measures 25” long, 8” deep, and 14” high and all of the tabs are present. Most of the paint on this is good, but there is some rust on the patio as shown, and also on the other side of that wall. There is a small bad area in the corner of the living room floor. The bottom and roof are good. I think taking this apart will save on shipping costs. It goes back together easily. We have another one of these listed and are happy to combine shipping.
